Job SummaryWhat is the opportunity?We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager to lead our ServiceNow development team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. This role is ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a strong background in designing and architecting ServiceNow applications, coupled with leadership qualities to guide a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a keen ability to anticipate challenges and drive innovative solutions.What will you be doing?Lead the design, architecture, and development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security within the IAM framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow workflows that align with business needs.Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development, including coding standards, and documentation.Proactively identify potential issues and areas for improvement within the ServiceNow platform, driving the implementation of solutions.Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features, assessing their applicability to enhance our IAM processes.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team resources to ensure successful project completion.What do you need to succeed?Must Haves:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience5+ years of strong technical developer experience in Java, or JavaScript4-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record of designing and architecting complex ServiceNow applications.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow professionals.A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and drive projects forward.
