• Experience in Retail reporting function, including product level data/KPIs/metrics analysis
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly/Long Term forecasting process, which includes preparation/consolidation of retail product level forecast along with variance analysis and insights
• Assist Product and Retail teams in new product strategies/launch from finance standpoint
• Strong communication at all levels
• Assist with the preparation of Board of Directors and other management reporting presentations
• Key contributor to the preparation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s annual plan and responsible for establishment, management, update and custody of its rolling forecast
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, which includes financial, statistical, and analytical assessments, including financial modeling, revenue/cost forecasting, and risk/return analysis.
