Job Description
:
As the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for the full cycle controllership of a large real estate portfolio. The role will require the incumbent to be fully responsible for the following:
- Financial Statement Preparation (including MD&A) under IFRS
- Liaison with auditors as required
- Prepare analysis related to any complex accounting transactions
- Responding to any ad-hoc queries from key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role, Candidates must possess the following:
- CPA Designation
- Previous Real Estate or Private Equity financial reporting experience under IFRS
- Full Cycle Controllership/Accounting experience
