Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Financial Product Management

Are you a proven leader with experience managing systems in an Agile process? Do you enjoy working in the dynamic space between delivering technology and enhancing the business operations and the user experience? The Assessments & Finance team is looking for a senior leader to provide strategic oversight of our Finance technology systems. You will lead the team in shaping the vision for technology that meets the future strategic business requirements of our internal and external users.

What you\'ll do

As the Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Financial Product Management you will:

  • Lead the strategy development, planning and execution of Finance\xe2\x80\x99s technology and product vision to ensure current and future business needs
  • Champion and communicate the product vision with senior leaders, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Manage the Product Owner team to deliver services to internal and external clients in partnership with the I&T Team
  • Foster and develop relationships with business, technology & service vendors, Procurement and I&T stakeholders

  • Engage stakeholders by building solid relationships through continuous and effective communication
  • Advocate for an effective business implementation, communication and change management focus to complement a strength in project management
  • Provide clear and consistent messaging through meaningful presentations and other written communication
  • Navigate and lead stakeholders through complex business and technology decisions to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Demonstrate a depth of knowledge in identifying risks, mitigations and knowing when to escalate issues for resolution
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service
Your experience and educational background:
  • A bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Management
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in business analysis, system support or development related IT experience
  • A minimum of three years of experience in product development in an Agile environment
  • Experienced in managing a team including coaching and mentoring staff
  • Preferred qualifications include Project Management Professional, Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Marketing Certification, Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Manager
