Job Description

ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a full time Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting, 35 hrs/week, ongoing. This position provides a comprehensive benefit package, including HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting is primarily responsible for providing oversight of the Finance and Accounting team within the framework of the ConnectWell vision, mission, values, and the strategic plan directions.

Qualifications:

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Post-secondary degree in public or business administration, commerce, accounting or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of finance and accounting practices. 5 - 7 years of finance, accounting, payroll, and project management experience. Minimum of three years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably within a multi-disciplinary team in a health care or social service setting. High proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel.

Reporting Relationship:

The successful candidate will report to the Director, Shared Services.
