This role leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide project reporting and insights to enable proactive decision-making and value realization across the organization. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Reporting & Insights, is responsible for designing and managing a centralized, scalable reporting structure that provides clear, consistent, and actionable visibility into project health, risks, benefits, and delivery performance. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to drive consistency in project governance, execution, and change management, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and project reporting. They possess strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver executive-level dashboards, data strategies, and actionable insights.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and manage enterprise-level dashboards and scorecards to monitor project status, risks, and KPIs.
Define and implement the data strategy and operating model for execution risk reporting in partnership with key business areas.
Partner with PMOs to ensure timely, accurate, and standardized data collection and reporting.
Introduce and manage early warning indicators, leading/lagging metrics, and risk heatmaps.
Support executive-level monthly/quarterly reporting for senior leadership, including Group Risk, ECCO, and Board Committees.
Enable and maintain self-serve reporting and visual storytelling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Collaborate on OKR development focused on data-driven value delivery and reporting uplift.
Analyze execution trends and provide actionable insights for enterprise leadership.
Drive the adoption of data governance standards and ensure data quality across reporting processes.
Provide recommendations to senior leadership on reporting enhancements, trend analyses, and technology adoption.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
Extensive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or PMO reporting within complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven track record in developing and managing executive-level dashboards and scorecards.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong executive communication and data storytelling capabilities.
Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to think cross-functionally and develop solutions that deliver value to multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
Change Management experience.
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
