As Senior Manager, HR Communications, you will support RBC\xe2\x80\x99s Human Resources function by driving strategic communications that set the organization up for success, enable and engage employees, and protect and enhance RBC\xe2\x80\x99s brand and reputation. You will partner with HR stakeholders to strategize, develop and execute innovative communications plans supporting key HR programs and initiatives, including Compensation, Pension & Benefits, Wellness, Digital and Operations. You will also work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer\xe2\x80\x99s communications team on activities to drive engagement and alignment across RBC.What will you do?
