The Senior Manager of Engineering is responsible for leading a team that supports the strategy development of infrastructure by providing best-in-class project management for Coke Canada's Manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

Manage national and regional Manufacturing related projects Provide leadership and guidance to the Manufacturing Engineering team to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for excellent execution of projects Develop multi-year capital plans for assigned facilities in collaboration with the engineering and site management teams Develop Engineering standards for Coke Canada Development and validation of scope, budget, timeline and deliverables of all projects/initiatives Periodic travel to a variety of facilities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering is required 5+ years' project management experience; operations, building, technical or maintenance Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset Demonstrated ability to model business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions Polished presentation skills for influential storytelling
