The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will own the global pipeline engine for NewStore, building and scaling integrated programs that create, accelerate, and expand revenue across target retail accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field/Community Marketing, and Partnerships to drive omnichannel demand for NewStore's unified commerce platform (mobile POS, OMS, clienteling, store fulfillment).
What You'll Do
------------------
Own pipeline & SQL targets
: Build and execute quarterly integrated plans (ABM + inbound + outbound assist) tied to revenue goals by region and segment.
Design integrated programs
: Orchestrate multi?channel motions (email, paid social/search, website, content syndication, webinars, events, direct mail, partner co?marketing) with clear hooks into NewStore value propositions (mobile POS, store fulfillment, clienteling, unified OMS).
Account-based marketing (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
: Partner with Sales on target account lists, insight packs, and highly personalized plays; enable SDRs with talk tracks, assets, and follow?ups.
Field & community acceleration
: Translate flagship events and community experiences into pre?event intent build, in?event capture, and post?event conversion plans; build sales room playbooks for NRF, Shoptalk, and industry forums.
Lifecycle & nurture
: Architect full?funnel journeys from inquiry to opportunity to closed?won; build persona?based nurtures (HQ IT, digital commerce, retail ops) and win?back/churn prevention flows.
Digital performance
: Own paid strategy (search, social, display), SEO content roadmap with PMM, and conversion rate optimization on key pages with the GTM Engineer.
Partner GTM
: Co?create demand plans with key partners (ecommerce, payments, SI/agency) including MDF proposals, joint webinars, and field events.
Attribution & forecasting
: Define success metrics, pipeline coverage models, and monthly demand reviews with Marketing Ops; present to Sales & execs.
What we're looking for

5-7+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen, ideally enterprise/commerce/retail tech.
Proven ownership of $5-15M+ influenced pipeline per year and repeatable program frameworks.
Hands?on with ABM (e.g., Demandbase/6sense/Mutiny or equivalent), MAP/CRM (HubSpot + Salesforce), and performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), plus website experimentation.
Strong partnership with Sales leadership and SDRs; comfortable building account plans and deal?acceleration plays.
Analytical operator: funnel math, forecasting, and cohort analysis; expert in building dashboards with Marketing Ops.
Excellent program management and vendor management skills; bias to action and iteration.
