Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for building, maintaining and evolving Agile practices, delivery and visual design for the solutions/applications under the responsibility of Technology team. The role consists of managing a team of Scrum Masters and UI/UX Designers. The successful candidate is responsible for coaching knowledge, skills, delivery performance, strengthening, evolving the practices, and advising practitioners on their work to ensure solutions are robust.
Responsibilities:Directly leads a team of skilled Practitioners in the Agile methodology without getting involved in the daily activities of the teams, providing quality on the application of the practices owned within the applicable Journeys and Platforms Provides overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession and resource management, engaging with various leads. Provides accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery Acts as a lead expert or innovator and culture change agent for the Agile practice amongst Business units, teams, various leaders and encourage good working relationships with other functions and teams Promote technical consistency and product design across platforms and various product lines Set up and maintain best practices and working procedures within the UI/UX designer and Scrum Master teams, oversee the overall directions. Oversee industry-best design practices into the work Recommends methods of improvement, maintain high performance levels and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery Works closely with key business leaders to develop product roadmap, ensuring the optimal use of resources and leverage Fairstone's delivery operating model to maximize efficiency, quality and scale Responds to inquiries from stakeholders at all levels in the organization (technical, business, Senior and Executive Management), addresses/escalates concerns and solves cross-department issues. Advises, guides, and executes on strategic governance ceremonies, reviews and communicates results, and adjust tactics accordingly Drives change through positive reinforcement of milestones and successes Collaborate with technical design teams to establish standards for software, infrastructure and security Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing people, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork, and handling any disciplinary actions, as required Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude

You are the ideal candidate if:Undergraduate or post graduate degree 3-5 years' experience as an Agile player involved in large-scale Agile transformations 8-10 years of experience in a related IT environment Expert knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with extensive experience working in an Agile Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Demonstrated deep understanding of Lean-Agile methods and practices and skill applying them at scale Ability to explain and influence practice of Lean and Agile Principles to all levels from individual contributor to Senior Leaders Ability to form productive relationships quickly at all organizational levels Strong technical proficiency and experience leading teams in delivering quality software Ability to communicate optimally with diverse populations verbally and in writing Flexible and adaptable while maintaining a high degree of execution excellence Ability to create and communicate in elevated level and detailed views simultaneously Experience leading teams in a heavily matrix environment You have demonstrated experience with AWS Services a plus You have demonstrated experience with Design principals a plus
