What you'll be doing
As a member of the Day-to-Day Banking Client Engagement team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering market leading client experiences for Day-to-Day Banking clients. You'll manage and monitor key business metrics to exceed industry growth. The Senior Manager will support the planning, development and execution of client engagement strategies and tactics for Day-to-Day Banking clients in order to maximize client retention and enable profitable long-term client relationships.

How you'll succeed
Strategy development and implementation - Contribute to developing and implementing the Day-to-Day Banking client engagement strategy in collaboration with the Director and other business leaders. Leverage data to understand trends and identify specific areas of opportunities to create deep client relationships, optimize usage, maximize retention, and enable long term profitability. Play a leading role in ideating and conceptualizing various offers, campaigns, and initiatives, forecasting and business casing, securing partner buy in, implementation, and validating business results.
Collaboration - Build partnerships and collaborate with key partners, including Product Owners, Digital, Marketing, Channels, Communications, Data, Technology, and Platform teams, to assess and deliver innovative engagement features and journeys for day-to-day Banking clients. Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to identify portfolio gaps, forecast inactivity and attrition behaviors, and evaluate the performance of engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder management - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives. Effectively communicate insights, manage expectations, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
Market insights and competitive analysis - Conduct ongoing assessments of the competitive landscape to identify trends in onboarding and engagement strategies, offering insights to inform and shape CIBC's future direction.
