About This Opportunity

In this exciting new role you will lead a number of strategic high-profile projects. You will lead the overall direction for channel strategy and package architecture across high-growth channels including E-Commerce (ie. Amazon), Club Channel (ie. Costco), and Dollar channel (ie. Dollarama).

Responsibilities

• Building on our North American channel strategy, create bottler sub-channel strategy for high-growth channels including E-Commerce, Club and Dollar channels.

- Determine headroom and key levers for each channel across categories.
- Clarify role across occasion, brand, price, and package.
- Define market position of each channel for the Bottler.
- Create 3-5 year roadmap and guidance for the channels.

• Contribute to the annual planning process for identified channels: share insights, identify market opportunities and challenges, and provide direction on how to drive channel growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strategic & analytical thinking; demonstrated thought-leadership
• Ability to draw insights and develop strategies grounded in facts
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience with E-Commerce, Club, Dollar channels is an asset
• Relevant Master\'s degree is an asset
