Additional Information :

Education

• Advanced university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or other analytically based discipline

Technical Knowledge/Skills

• Expert skills with mining, accessing, storing (Data Engineering) and analyzing large amounts of data and programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python) are an asset
• Expert skills in Tableau and other visualization tools is considered an asset
• Expert skills in Alteryx tool is considered an asset
• Intermediate Jira Knowledge
• Data Engineering experience an asset
• Reporting & Dashboard design experience is an asset (Tableau)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
• Software engineering experience is considered an asset (Python, Javascript etc.)

As the Insights Lead you will:

• Design and build a storage solution for multiple datasets and engineer data for efficient centralised insights, reports and ad-hoc analysis
• Design effective test and learn for various programs or scenarios and build POC's
• Develop analytic solutions to support insight generation that align to strategy and drive shareholder value
• Lead large complex analytics projects to identify opportunities to further optimize our current product suite through self-initiated insights
• Present insights back to executive leaders / business partners to drive strategic improvement
• Review and/or build the presentation of insights back to executive leaders/business partners to drive strategic improvement
• Collaborate with business partners to shape and prioritize ad hoc analysis (POC)
