This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA looking to take a senior leadership role in a dynamic and growing firm.

About the Role - What You'll Do

Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients Plan, execute, and finalize assurance engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency Oversee the preparation of financial statements and related reporting deliverables Provide technical guidance and review work prepared by managers, seniors, and staff Advise clients on accounting, assurance, and tax issues Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Participate in firm management, business development, and strategic initiatives Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

CPA designation in good standing Minimum 3+ years of progressive post-CPA experience in public practice, demonstrating increasing responsibility for planning, leading, and reviewing assurance engagements in compliance with professional standards and firm policies Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams and ensure quality results Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and relevant auditing standards Familiarity with internal controls and risk assessment frameworks Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with CaseWare, TaxPrep and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: $115,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
