Sr Manager, Agile Project Management \xe2\x80\x8b

Reporting to the Director, Technology Delivery, the Senior Manager, Agile Project Management will play a meaningful role in an exciting Agile Transformation journey in Media, Marketing & Loyalty (PCO). In collaboration with other team members, this role will identify gaps and define, build and implement project management processes based on industry best-practices.

What You\'ll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Transformation deliverables, such as creation and implementation of Project Intake Process, Estimation Process, Change Control Process, and more
• Develop and implement processes to accelerate project delivery and streamline ways of working
• Establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies and implement solutions
• Define and mobilize a robust Project Governance framework, including Project Tracking & Reporting, SteerCo Updates, Agile Metrics and Ceremonies
• Lead Technology & Analytics projects as needed

What You Bring

• Structured, logical, and critical thinker with strong ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive efficiencies
• Experience leading an Agile Transformation within a matrix environment
• Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering & Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; comfort with facilitating workshops and presenting to various audiences
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), Excel & Powerpoint
