You will work at the forefront of advancing our AI platform, collaborating with world-class researchers and domain experts to solve complex challenges in RNA biology and accelerate the translation of breakthrough insights into life-changing therapies.Ideal CandidateWe seek an exceptional individual with a strong research background and a passion for pushing the boundaries of machine learning and its applications in drug discovery. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences and journals, developing machine learning models for production, or both.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms for predictive modeling, sequence analysis, and structural biology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects that address critical challenges in RNA biology and drug discovery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, bioinformatics, and computational biology, and contribute to the advancement of these fields.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, or a related field, with a strong publication record.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks, with a solid understanding of their theoretical foundations.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong mathematical and statistical background, with experience in areas such as optimization, probabilistic modeling, and numerical methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, or drug discovery.
  • Knowledge of RNA biology, structural biology, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks.
