You'll provide expert advice on loan products, manage high-value client relationships, and guide applicants through the end-to-end lending process -- from application to post-loan management. You'll also contribute to business development, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration.
What You'll Do
Advise clients (including high-net-worth individuals and businesses) on suitable loan options
Build strong referral networks and identify new lending opportunities
Promote relevant banking products through a holistic, client-focused approach
Review and assess loan documentation, financial statements, and risk profiles
Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory (AML, KYC), and internal requirements
Manage loan renewals, modifications, disbursements, and daily reporting
Support junior team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Help maintain excellent client service standards and satisfaction
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in loan consulting or processing
Strong understanding of credit, lending policies, and compliance frameworks
Advanced skills in financial analysis and documentation review
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Lending/Banking Certificates)
