PARC gives residents the freedom to live independently, while nurturing their physical and mental well-being.As a Senior Living Specialist, you are on the frontlines of communicating our values and offerings, developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes:

• Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times.
• Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events.
• Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, targeted sponsorships and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads and ultimately conversions.
• Develop a strong outreach program with multiple touch-points and deep referral connections using one-one relationship building, community presentations, influencer and lead oriented events and in-person sales activities.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM/Sherpa) analysis tools to track and convert leads.
• Actively promote PARC\xe2\x80\x99s cross-referral program to generate leads.
• Ensure show suites and amenity spaces are tour-ready to PARC\xe2\x80\x99s high standards.

• You have a marketing or sales-related degree, diploma or certificate, combined with at least one year of experience in senior living or a related industry.

• You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families and other professional services engaged with our residents.
