PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Senior Living Specialist to join our Westerleigh PARC team in West Vancouver.

As a Senior Living Specialist, you are on the frontlines of communicating our values and offerings, developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes:

• Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times.
• Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events.
• Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, targeted sponsorships and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads and ultimately conversions.
• Develop a strong outreach program with multiple touch-points and deep referral connections using one-one relationship building, community presentations, influencer and lead oriented events and in-person sales activities.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM/Sherpa) analysis tools to track and convert leads.
• Actively promote PARC\xe2\x80\x99s cross-referral program to generate leads.
• Ensure show suites and amenity spaces are tour-ready to PARC\xe2\x80\x99s high standards.

• You have a marketing or sales-related degree, diploma or certificate, combined with at least one year of experience in senior living or a related industry.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re a relationship builder and problem solver who can forge strong connections with seniors, service providers, employees, partners and more.
• You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families and other professional services engaged with our residents.

At PARC Retirement Living we understand the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members and visitors from COVID-19. As such, a prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
