Job Description


What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Accountable for the development and implementation of a sustaining end to end Deal Letter build process to deliver quality, on-time Deal Letters through prioritization, scope alignment, design, creation, and issue resolution on all facets of the letter across all Merchandising LOBs

Accountable to conduct quality assurance checks on all line review letters to ensure line review operations standards for integrity and accuracy are adhered to and ensures recommendations for any improvements back to merchandising or cross functional teams are executed.

Leads pre-Deal Letter kickoff with merchandising teams to validate strategy, product assortment details and recommends any special treatments to ensure success of Deal Letter as well as cross-functional meeting for the Deal Letter execution

SME on collaborative work with Merchandising, Space Planning, Supply Chain, Translations, Packaging and Log Deal Management teams through managing and fostering positive and efficient working relationship .

Compile reporting on Deal Letter performance and conduct a post-mortem with merchandising teams and provide recommendations on how to improve Deal Letter quality metrics, on time mail rate and improve execution of Deal Letter for following year(s)

What you bring

University or College degree, preferably in in business, retail management or communications

Atleast 3 year(s) of retail and/or merchandising experience with exposure to assortment planning, store operations, project management and/or communications

Possess a sound understanding of Retail Operations, preferably in the areas of Category Management, Retail Merchandising and/or Supply Chain

Well versed and experienced in working with digital communications and assets including the ability to manipulate images, graphics, text and arrange them into a document that is visually inspiring and helps our associate dealers order assortments

Ability to work with and influence cross functional groups and teams

Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate actions and work plans beyond the day to day

Must be meticulous and can multitask in a fast paced and at times an ambiguous environment while balancing multiple deadlines

Excels in a team environment with the ability to assume leadership responsibilities, embracing and leading innovative solutions that improve the performance of the team and/or the efficiency of processes

Working Knowledge of VBA and SQL is an asset.

Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills specifically use of pivot tables and V lookups
