About the Position:
This is a temporary full time Appendix D position, replacing a bargaining unit employee, working 35 hours per week at an hourly rate of $36.29. This position will start in August 2025 and will end on or before October 1, 2026. Some evening hours may be required as per the schedule.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Academic Services, the successful candidate provides in person and virtual reference services for all patron types (students, faculty, staff). Assists with cataloguing of materials and maintenance of the Library Services section of the Teaching & Learning Commons website. Supports skill development connected to information literacy, academic integrity, and/or copyright by developing content, delivering presentations or consulting with individuals. Provides support at the circulation desk and promotes services that are available. Has an area of functional specialization that may include website development, library instruction, copyright, or library systems.
