Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Montreal

PRESENTATION:

Our client is a large Quebec-based organization recognized as an employer of choice and offering excellent working conditions. They are currently looking for an experienced legal counsel with approximately 10 years of relevant experience in real estate law.

YOUR ROLE :

Work on challenging files involving several aspects of business law, real estate, commercial, corporate and transactional;
Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements while ensuring risk management;
Prepare, sign and ensure compliance of contracts and legal documentation to protect the interests of clients;
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the employer's objectives
Ensure legislative monitoring in your field of activity in order to minimize risks;
Act as a resource person for all questions and requests from clients, legal counsel and other stakeholders;
Participate in various projects and developments.

PREREQUISITES :

Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar with approximately 10 years or more of relevant experience;
Experience in taxation will be considered an asset;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Professionalism, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
