Support and execute leasing and marketing strategies.
Set and achieve weekly/monthly leasing and vacancy targets for the team and self.
Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support to new Leasing Consultants and Building Managers.
Follow up on unresolved leads to improve closing ratios.
Conduct regular suite and building inspections.
Ensure model suites meet presentation standards.
Support Building Managers in tracking and improving site leasing performance.
Conduct and analyze quarterly market surveys with Regional Sales & Marketing leadership.
Provide competitor insights through mystery shopping and promotional tracking.
Review team performance quarterly, helping to set and adjust individual development plans.
Gather and relay feedback from prospects, team members, and competitors.
Share customer demographics and sales trends with the marketing team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Post-secondary education in sales, business, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in multi-residential or related industries.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a sales environment.
Strong communication (verbal and written); bilingual (French/English) required.
Professional, customer-focused, and passionate about team development.
Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience an asset.
