Job Title Senior Lead, Strategic Analytics, RBCx Ventures (Mydoh)



What is the opportunity?

In the role of Senior Lead, Strategic Analytics, you will be responsible for evolving Mydoh\'s data landscape; and developing & enhancing business strategies to identify opportunities solutions to support growth and transformation.

You will identify, research, analyze, recommend, and execute solutions to drive an outstanding experience and strong business impact. You will lead and influence partners across Mydoh including Product, Marketing, Finance and Design. Your thought leadership will help shape the Mydoh business strategy and your implementation skills will bring the strategy to life.

What will you do?

Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and deep knowledge in Mydoh

Drive future state reporting and Advanced Analytics to enable a fact base strategy utilizing internal and external data and insight

Drive insight from Mydoh data and competitive landscape in terms of what the data is telling up and what we need to do accordingly

Evolve Mydoh data landscape by implementing core data capabilities to enable private banking growth strategy leveraging modern data architecture and technologies

Strike a strong balance between driving market leading growth, creative client solutions and risk quality in line with established business appetite

Bring specific knowledge to bear, share subject matter experience and expertise, skills and knowledge, as well as non-proprietary work from other situations.

Lead and implement complex data projects of various scopes and types through problem identification, defining an approach, planning, organizing, and execution

Contribute to the unique culture of Mydoh by continually demonstrating commitment to coach and develop the team and grow the professional capabilities of the group and yourself

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

5+ years of relevant experience in an analytical function and strategy development (e.g. Business Analytics, Consulting)

Nimble with SQL for querying and joining large datasets and/or creating reports

Experience communicating analytics results back to business partners and/or C-level: handling objections, proven experience on influencing driving data-driven strategy is a big plus.

Demonstrates innate curiosity and an ability to develop innovative solutions

An eager listener and a team player who is comfortable forming cross functional relationships with our partners, has proven experience of forming and managing these relationships, and is passionate about developing peers, winning as a team, and providing constructive feedback where and when needed

Nice-to-have

Experience publishing reports/dashboards, and visualizations with Tableau is a big plus.

Leadership experience and examples of leading initiatives without a title.

University degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., statistics, economics, business analytics)
