Senior Lawyer - Civil Litigation/Class Actions
Montreal

Our client, a boutique firm specializing in litigation, is currently looking for a lawyer with approximately 10+ years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, and more specifically in class actions, to join its dynamic team.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in major cases in class actions and civil/commercial litigation!

On a daily basis, you will collaborate with lawyers specialized in their field and in a pleasant work environment. Your expertise will be put forward and you will play a key role in the resolution of complex cases.

YOUR ROLE:

Plead before the courts.
Draft legal opinions and complex procedural documents;
Work on files in various areas of litigation;
Collaborate with specialized lawyers and a diverse clientele.

PREREQUISITES :

Be a member of the Quebec Bar;
Experience of approximately 10 years or more in litigation and class actions;
Team spirit and good customer service;
Sense of leadership and good management of priorities.
