SENIOR LAWYER

Position Summary:

Meet with clients, investigate claims, gather evidence, and formulate legal theories

Draft pleadings and motions, actively participate in questioning and mediation processes

Interview and depose witnesses

Prepare for trial and advocate at trial

Complete legal forms, prepare summaries, memos, and applications

Attend questionings, applications, mediations, and JDRs

Who you are:

You are at least a

5-10-year bar call

lawyer with experience in the area of civil litigation (plaintiff or defense)

Called to the Bar and licensed to practice law in Alberta

License in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta

You have proven analytical skills utilizing your knowledge of the law for sound decision-making

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
