We are seeking a highly skilled Java Cloud Developer with strong expertise in modern Java frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development. The role involves designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs and services deployed on Kubernetes environments.



The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in Java 21, Spring Boot, and REST API development, along with strong understanding of Kafka-based event streaming and Azure cloud ecosystems.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot. Build and integrate REST APIs ensuring scalability, reusability, and secure access. Develop and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm charts. Implement event-driven architectures using Confluent Kafka and optionally Kafka Connect. Work with RDBMS systems (preferably Azure SQL Server) for data storage and retrieval. Apply OAuth2 and API Management best practices for authentication and access control. Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams for CI/CD, deployments, and observability. Participate in API performance tuning, resilience engineering, and reliability improvement initiatives. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with engineering standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 21 preferred) and Spring Boot. Proven experience in microservices development and API integration. Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm for deployment and orchestration. Experience with Confluent Kafka for message streaming and event-driven processing. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Server or similar RDBMS. Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway/Management tools. Strong understanding of software design principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture.


Nice-to-Have:


Experience with Kafka Connect for data pipeline integrations. Exposure to performance tuning, caching, and reliability engineering. Knowledge of Azure or Google cloud services
