Own support product(s) and delivery of select IT end user services as well as build and maintain valuable relationships with all Canadian and US stakeholders
Proactively look for ways to improve IT services by collaborating across various IT functions and with stakeholders at all levels
Develop IT solutions to support business outcomes as needed
Work closely with on-site EUS and Unified Workforce Staff to deliver support
Manage escalations and communicate effectively (written and verbally) with end users and stakeholders
Participate in regular service review meetings with relevant stakeholders (could be internal /external)
Manage IT invoices for team
Manage one of several services provided by team
Qualifications
4 to 8 years of IT Customer Service
Stakeholder and communication management - Influencing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work with all levels of people
SAP Experience and some financial background
Ability to build a new laptop for incoming employees
Must be able to work in Canada without Sponsorship
