Job Requirements

University or Post-Graduate Degree.
Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
4+ years of automation and IT experience. Cloud and DevOps experience is preferred
Solid experience, knowledge and skills in your own discipline.
Advanced knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as organization issues.
Advanced knowledge of the business, its standards, applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices.

About This Role
The Business Banking Servicing Platform team is building out an ecosystem that serves the day-to day banking needs of companies from small businesses to large corporations. The end users of this platform will include our internal staff as well as our external customers. The platform enhances the Business Bank's servicing capabilities across payments, managing products and services, managing users and their entitlements, user authentication, reporting, notifications and messaging, cash management and advice capabilities.
We are seeking highly motivated and capable DevOps Engineer to deliver the various enterprise capabilities and solutions in our cloud environments. As a DevOps Engineer, you will aim to deliver bank secured cloud solutions that meet security policies and standards within TD. You will develop custom code in Jenkins, Groovy, Python and Powershell to automate build and automate testing for the platform. You will have a strong passion for writing code to automate and integrate technologies and eliminate manual steps. You will also have a strong passion for delivering automated security products in cloud environments. You will use the agile JIRA tools to manage a backlog of enhancements and bug-fixes, managing source code in Stash and binaries in Nexus. You will also develop automated integration tests to run on our Jenkins CI (continuous integration) platform for test automation to help support bug free releases.
Strong programming skills with experience in API and Webhook development using Python, Ruby, PowerShell and Shell Scripting languages
Understand concepts related to deploying platform and databases via CI/CD pipeline
via Jenkins, XLR, Bitbucket, GitLab, Nexus
Experience with Azure security features (data protection, authentication, MSI)
Good to have working knowledge of code quality tools like Veracode, SonarQube.
Proficiency with setup, troubleshooting and knowledge of logging/diagnostic tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog.
Working knowledge of openstack and hands on experience on Tosca Blueprinting
Good understanding of automation tools such as salt/ansible
Understand encryption keys including symmetric and asymmetric algorithms and key management principles.
Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS administration (App services (ASE), Functions, Azure SQL, F5 LB, App Gateway, AKS, Docker)
Ensure that all cloud solutions follow internally defined security and compliance controls
Knowledge in cloud automation using native Azure CLI is good too
Ability to participate in fast-paced DevOps Engineering teams within Scrum agile processes
A critical thinker with strong research and analytics skills
