Working alongside the Director of IT, the Senior IT Consultant will play a key role in shaping the future of Axonify\xe2\x80\x99s technology strategy and IT processes. You will work closely with team members, business partners and external vendors to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with the company\'s technology strategy and business goals. Your technical expertise and industry experience will be relied on to provide direction and support to team members and the larger Axonify community.


Furthermore, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, installing and maintaining hardware and software systems, conducting regular security and compliance audits, and act as a mentor and technical lead for the Axonify IT team.


You will be a key member of our team and your strong technical background in a diverse array of technologies, will help you drive complex projects from inception to completion.

The thing you\'ll do:

• Assess and analyze technical requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, such as data protection and privacy
• Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the viability of proposed IT solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend new solutions to IT leadership. Evaluate and select hardware and software products to meet Axonify\xe2\x80\x99s business needs.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards
• Design and implement technology solutions, such as IAM, MDM, cybersecurity, EDR, and provide expertise in ITIL and IT service management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain IT systems including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues (Examples: Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, SentinelOne, etc.)
• Provide technical support to internal clients, including resolving incidents and requests.
• And of course, there will be other duties that support Axonifiers and to further build your skills.

The things you will bring:

• Professional Experience. 8+ years of progressive responsibility in the Information Technology industry with strong experience administering Mac and Windows OS, Google Workspace and Office 365 collaboration platforms, MDM and EDR platforms, and support tools
• Knowledge. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in the areas of ITSM, IAM, MDM, Cybersecurity, IT Service Management
• Mentorship. Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and direction, and mentoring team members.
• Initiative. Takes initiative in solving problems and driving progress within the IT organization.
• Process design and improvement. Experience designing policies and processes that align with the \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d future views. Ability to challenge the status quo and continually look for ways to improve the services being delivered.
• Project management. Expertise leading complex projects and providing ongoing evaluations and status reports to management. Strong personal organization, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive great results.
• Team Player. Ability to build bridges among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and work collaboratively within a team and Axonifiers at all levels of the organization.

Work location:


You will have the flexibility to from home with the requirement to be in the office once a week. You will be provided with the tools, resources and support to ensure success regardless of where you physically work.
