Senior Internal Communications Manager

collaborates with leadership stakeholders and a range of business teams around the globe to develop successful internal communications plans, strategic recommendations, and execution of plans aligned with our enterprise communications and brand strategy.


Strategically consult with business units across various departments, countries and time zones, including executive leadership, to create communications strategy and recommendations; identify new opportunities to improve communication and measurement, and create and execute strategy for implementation. Partner with a range of stakeholders and business partners from executive leaders to peer-level and across all departments to write content, messages and plans in support of an engaging and effective employee experience. Formats include presentations (for virtual or in-person delivery, email, intranet, internal blogs (Half Times digital magazine) supporting the broader communications priorities of the business. In partnership with manager or business partners, recommend comms plans and formats and the frequency and timing of message or content delivery to avoid reduce over-communication with specific audiences. Partner closely with corporate communications partners to represent international employee interests and relevance in global programming. Create employee-centric communications plans to address the needs of employees while meeting the goals and objectives of the program. Develop and implement communication plans and content to support a range of programs and help to improve employees' awareness and understanding and facilitate easy access to critical information. Develop high-impact communications that span written, visual, audio/video and presentation formats for RH's international operations. Effectively create communications aimed to support the understanding of the change initiatives related to business decisions to drive employee understanding (the why) and adoption. Provide counsel and recommendations on communications to support goals of programs requested by various teams across the business and how to be achieve their desired goals and outcomes, inclusive of delivery vehicles and overall execution. Effectively direct and advise creative services/designers on visual experience or to support content and comms effectiveness and outcome/goal. Establish and ensure effective progress and implementation of project goals, objectives, timelines, milestones, roles and responsibilities. Collaborate and work effectively across time zones, geographies/culture and languages and build positive and beneficial business relationships at all levels.

E/ Profile:



7+ years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, employee communications or similar experience. Bachelor's degree in communications/public relations, marketing, or a related discipline. Previous experience in developing appropriate content to engage target audiences. Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, copyediting and proofreading skills. Strong relationship-building skills Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Detailed and customer-service oriented; work well in team environment. Ability to juggle multiple projects and demonstrate creativity, flexibility and proactive approach to work. Strong analytic and problem-solving and organizational skills. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), particularly with PowerPoint and Outlook. Expert knowledge of communications and change management with extensive experience drafting communications materials that are creative and consistent with company culture. Proven ability to leverage multiple communications platforms, preferred on digital and social. Program/project management; ability to multitask in a fast-paced organisation, including vendor and supplier management. Demonstrated familiarity with social business communication strategy and tactics. Very strong attention to detail. Agile-work style and able to adapt and pivot as business needs change or shift. Strong collaborator, able to work effectively across time-zones, geographies/culture, languages and build positive and beneficial business relationships at all levels.

Le ou la gestionnaire principal(e) des communications internes collabore avec les parties prenantes du leadership et une plusieurs equipes de l'entreprise a travers le monde pour elaborer des plans de communication interne efficaces, formuler des recommandations strategiques et mettre en oeuvre des plans alignes sur notre strategie de communication d'entreprise et de marque.


Offrir des services-conseils strategiques aux unites d'affaires dans divers services, pays et fuseaux horaires, y compris la haute direction, pour creer une strategie de communication et des recommandations ; identifier de nouvelles facons d'ameliorer la communication et les mesures, puis creer et deployer une strategie de mise en oeuvre. Collaborer avec plusieurs intervenants et partenaires d'affaires, des dirigeants aux pairs, a travers tous les services, pour rediger du contenu, des messages et des plans visant a soutenir une experience employe engageante et efficace. Les formats comprennent des presentations (pour une presentation virtuelle ou en personne), des courriels, l'intranet, des blogues internes (magazine numerique Half Times) soutenant les priorites de communication plus larges des affaires. En partenariat avec les gestionnaires ou les partenaires d'affaires, emettez des recommandations concernant les plans et les formats de communication ainsi que la frequence et le calendrier de diffusion des messages ou du contenu afin d'eviter la surcommunication avec des publics precis. Collaborer etroitement avec les partenaires des communications d'entreprise pour representer les interets des employes internationaux et leur pertinence dans la programmation mondiale. Creez des plans de communication centres sur les employes pour repondre a leurs besoins tout en repondant aux objectifs du programme. Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans de communication et elaborer du contenu pour soutenir divers programmes, ameliorer la sensibilisation et la comprehension des employes, et faciliter l'acces aux informations cruciales. Elaborer des communications percutantes qui englobent les formats ecrits, visuels, audio/video et de presentation pour les operations internationales de RH. Creer efficacement des communications visant a favoriser la comprehension des initiatives de changement liees aux decisions d'affaires afin de stimuler la comprehension (le pourquoi) et l'adoption par les employes. Fournir des conseils et des recommandations sur les communications pour soutenir les objectifs des programmes demandes par diverses equipes de l'entreprise et sur la facon d'atteindre les objectifs et les resultats souhaites, incluant les moyens de diffusion et la mise en oeuvre globale. Diriger et conseiller efficacement les services creatifs/les concepteurs sur l'experience visuelle ou pour soutenir l'efficacite du contenu et des communications ainsi que les resultats ou objectifs. Etablir et assurer la progression et la mise en oeuvre efficaces des objectifs, echeanciers, etapes importantes, roles et responsabilites du projet. Collaborer et travailler efficacement a travers les fuseaux horaires, les regions geographiques/cultures et les langues, tout en etablissant des relations d'affaires positives et benefiques a tous les niveaux.

D/ Profil :



7 ans et plus d'experience en communications d'entreprise, relations publiques, communications aux employes ou experience connexe. Baccalaureat en communications/relations publiques, marketing ou dans une discipline connexe. Experience anterieure dans l'elaboration de contenu pertinent pour mobiliser les publics cibles. Excellentes competences en redaction, grammaire, orthographe, revision et correction. Excellentes competences en developpement de relations Jugement exceptionnel et excellentes competences interpersonnelles. Capacite a communiquer professionnellement et efficacement avec tous les echelons d'employes et de direction de l'organisation. Soucieux du detail et du service a la clientele ; travaille bien en equipe. Capacite a jongler avec plusieurs projets et a faire preuve de creativite, de flexibilite et d'approche proactive du travail. Solides competences analytiques, de resolution de problemes et d'organisation. Maitrise intermediaire a avancee de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), en particulier PowerPoint et Outlook. Connaissance approfondie des communications et de la gestion du changement, accompagnee d'une vaste experience dans la redaction de supports de communication creatifs et conformes de maniere consistante a la culture de la societe. Capacite eprouvee a exploiter plusieurs plateformes de communication, les reseaux numeriques et sociaux etant un atout. Gestion de programmes ou de projets ; capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement dans une organisation au rythme soutenu, incluant la gestion des vendeurs et des fournisseurs. Connaissance demontree des strategies et tactiques de communication sociales en entreprise. Tres forte attention aux details. Style de travail agile et capacite a s'adapter et a pivoter selon l'evolution ou le changement des besoins des affaires.
