OUR CLIENT
Our client is an award-winning boutique design firm that\'s been in business for 30 years with well-established clients. Specializing in high-end condos, offices, and custom homes, they receive regular media attention and have a reputation for design excellence.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a leadership role, you will work alongside the firm\'s founder while mentoring a team of reliable interior designers across condo, office, and custom home projects. You will be responsible for concept development: meeting clients to gather the scope of work to develop proposals that win new business.

WHAT\'S REQUIRED

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design; Bachelor of Arts; interior design credentials
• 8-10 years of Canadian work experience; some experience with large scale condos; portfolio demonstrating design excellence with condos, offices, and custom homes related to luxury custom homes
• Experience with FFE, material selection, dealing with suppliers and pitching clients
• Software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and In Design; Revit experience a plus
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to deal with various stakeholders and develop functional designs based on various sources of information
