Interior Designer

to bring vision, style, and leadership to our growing home staging team.

The Look Co. had been featured on 'Love it or List it Vancouver', 'Humble Homes' many times and featured on the biggest Chinese Real Estate network in the world, NTD. Since 2006 our team has successfully staged over a billion dollars of real estate with both home owners and developers throughout the Vancouver Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley areas. We also carry a large inventory of gorgeous furniture and accessories to meet any size project and budget. We assure you that you are in the right hands from beginning to end!

Responsibilities

Lead staging projects from concept to completion Collaborate with real estate agents, homeowners, and designers Manage staging inventory and logistics Direct and support junior staging staff on-site Maintain our high standards for design, quality, and efficiency

Requirements

Experienced in home staging, interior design, or related field (3+ years mandatory) Confident in project management and team leadership Organized, efficient, and solution-oriented Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable with physical work, lifting furniture, and being on-site The ideal candidate will bring an existing book of business and established relationships within the Greater Vancouver area Having a strong network of industry contacts and the ability to bring in new business is highly valued A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle is required
