Join our global team of smart, dedicated people on a mission to simplify payments! About the role We are looking for a Senior Integrations Specialist to join our Merchant Integration team in Toronto. You will be responsible for overseeing the steps of our customer\'s technical onboarding process from start to finish and act as their main point of contact during their journey. Knowledge and understanding of integration best practices is crucial for success in this role.
What will you do?

  • Deliver a seamless integration experience for our merchants, providing technical guidance to maximize engagement and ultimately increase adoption and satisfaction
  • Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issues encountered by our merchants during the integration process and identify the root cause
  • Responsible for full end-to-end testing on desktop and mobile websites and mobile applications
  • Manage the complete integration project from confirming the project plan, providing regular project and status reports, identifying any risk and issues, certification to go-live
  • Communicate, interface with and influence a broad range of teams (sales, product, devs, support, etc) , and develop or contribute to technical documents
  • Develop expert knowledge of our products and solutions and their relationship to one another, with the goal of being able to provide successful onboarding experience for our customers
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the digital payments industry
You will be/have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Software Development, Solutions Engineering, or any other customer facing engineering/support role
  • Experience with android, iOS and Web applications.
  • Background with mobile SDKs and native android and iOS platform integrations
  • Experience with JavaScript, JSON and RESTFUL APIs
  • Knowledge of API design and mobile integrations best practices
  • Ability to read, interpret and debug logs and experience working with SQL
  • Experience in supporting technical project implementations (e.g. online banking, mobile banking, e-commerce project etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple integrations and internal projects simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and planning, and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable working in a customer facing role
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence and Salesforce
  • Experience in Technical Sales is considered an asset
