Requirements

  • Industry experience, preferably a minimum of 2 years working in a commercial insurance division
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • A strong sense of urgency and motivation to support your team
  • Client service focused with exceptional client service skills
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong initiative and sense of urgency to get things done
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Asset experience that will make you stand out:
  • Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma - BCIT)
  • Accounting experience is an asset
A Day in the Life
  • Delivers excellence in client service
  • Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive and Marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
  • Responds to customer requests, submits information to appropriate insurance companies and binds coverage where appropriate
  • Processes and prepares all documentation according to Hub workflows
  • Reviews and manages account reconciliation with Accounting Team
  • Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
