We are a fast-growing immigration consulting firm looking for a highly skilled

Senior Immigration Case Worker

to join our professional team. This role is ideal for an experienced candidate with in-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration processes who can independently handle complex cases and support junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit a wide range of immigration applications including: Temporary Programs: Study Permits, Work Permits, Visitor Visas, Super Visas Permanent Residency Programs: Express Entry, OINP, PNPs across provinces, Family Class (Spousal/PGP) LMIA applications with ESDC Conduct detailed client assessments and provide case strategies. Review applications prepared by junior team members, ensuring compliance with IRCC and provincial program requirements. Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients. Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, programs, and regulations.

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience

in Canadian immigration casework. Strong expertise in both federal and provincial immigration programs. Direct experience handling LMIA applications. Excellent organizational and client management skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior staff. Proficiency with immigration portals (IRCC, OINP, Employer Portal, etc.).

Bachelor's degree (required)

. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
