Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner functions as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership and business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will leverage your deep HR expertise to support talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives, ensuring a high-performance culture.



In this role, you will analyze complex HR issues, design innovative solutions, and lead HR projects that drive business success. You will also serve as a mentor to HR team members and influence HR best practices across the organization to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.

Your Next Challenge:

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth. Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development. Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR programs and initiatives. Lead organizational change efforts, including role design, restructures, and cultural transformation initiatives. Advise managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues to ensure consistency and compliance. Support the development and deployment of HR policies, practices, and systems aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Other duties as required.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a significant portion in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are preferred. Licenses: Not typically required

Nice to Have:

Master's degree or advanced HR certifications. Experience working in a global or multi-national organization. Strong background in change management and organizational design. Expertise in data analytics and HR technology systems. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
