We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to take charge of HR operations across our construction and manufacturing divisions in Canada and the US-driving results, building great teams, and shaping the future of our workforce.
The Role:

• Be a strategic HR partner to business leaders across construction and manufacturing divisions in Canada and US
• Drive organizational objectives and operational excellence
• Lead employee and labour relations, workplace investigations, and complex HR escalations.
• Coach supervisors through performance management and progressive discipline.
• Ensure union contract compliance and manage grievance processes with confidence.
• Launch and lead engagement strategies and special HR initiatives across multiple sites.
• Resolve complex employee relations challenges, conduct and oversee workplace investigations
• Oversee policy implementation and ensure consistency across a dynamic workforce.
• Support payroll, benefits, and key recruitment efforts when needed.
• Mentor and guide a team of HR professionals, setting clear priorities and driving accountability.

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• CHRL designation required
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing or construction
• In-depth knowledge of Ontario and US employment legislation
• Experience working in unionized environments is preferred
• Familiarity with Dayforce and payroll practices is a strong asset
• ability to travel within Ontario and US to support divisions across the company
