Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Professional to join the Corporate Development Planning & Performance Management at This Company. The Corporate Development Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for implementing, administering and coordinating company-wide professional, academic development and enrichment programs serving employees and non-employees. You will provide advisory support, academic advisory, and counseling services to all employees to ensure an effective developmental process. You will coordinate company-wide in-house, in-Kingdom and out-of-Kingdom professional, academic development & enrichment programs. You will be expected to monitor compliance with program ground rules. Provide professional and academic development advice, information and guidance in collaboration with departmental and administrative area training personnel. You will provide services inclusive of career planning, program selection and program criteria to ensure that organizational needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Process employees\' assignments and nominations for professional development programs, and obtain approval for accepted participants.
  • Guide customers and monitor academic progress of program participants to ensure desired outcomes, and provide necessary counseling.
  • Regularly communicate with sponsoring organizations about candidate nominations, development plans, and academic progress to ensure alignment with corporate and national talent development needs. Provide guidance on policies and guidelines as necessary.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for development programs, and review proposed assignments to ensure appropriate placement and meaningful development plans. Assist with evaluation and delivery of professional or talent development solutions.
  • Generate statistical reports on operational performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis or as required.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new staff members and program participants.
Requirements:
  • Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Education or Business and Management from a recognized and approved program.
  • 7 years of experience in professional development functions.
  • Strong human relations skills and understanding of Saudi Arabian culture.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and tactfully handle sensitive issues.
  • Knowledge of development programs, leadership, and professional education courses.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult, coach, counsel, present, and lead meetings.
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating corporate events.
