The Senior HR Analyst is a jack of all trades within the Corporate Team proactively providing human capital solutions support. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior HR Analyst will support the team with coordination and implementation of variety of tasks and project related work. The successful incumbent will have the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a complex, high volume environment. This individual must be a self-starter who will find ways to efficiently provide value added support. More importantly, the incumbent will provide analytical and process support while seizing opportunities to get involved in project work.

What you will be doing:

  • Collect, analyze and communicate highly sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis, including HR metrics (turnover, headcount, org design, etc.)
  • Utilize project management tools and provide project status tracking and metrics
  • Identify and maintain key project and business critical milestones making sure they\'re regularly updated and ready for senior management reporting
  • Support team members in the planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program
  • Provides support in all areas on the Corporate team including coordinating routine and non-routine inquiries, correspondences, prioritizing items, responding to transactional requests and concerns
  • Support colleagues on the HR team for projects and team initiatives
  • Efficiently provide quality service in a timely manner to internal customers for all HR inquiries and issues
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to propose and action solutions to problems impacting the employee experience
  • Conduct audits, perform research assignments and generate reports, as required
  • Provide guidance and support relevant to the needs of client groups in areas such as: performance management, inclusion and diversity, workplace policies, effective teamwork, change management, employee engagement, talent management, etc.
  • Partner with the team to improve HR practices, process decisions and programs with an eye on continuous process improvement
What you will have:
  • Post-secondary education in a Human Resources related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2- 3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity, preferably in a role focussed in reporting
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation using Excel or other tools. Ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Results-oriented individual with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with the HCM module in either Oracle EBS and or Cloud, or other large-scale cloud based HCM platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills through demonstrated technical competence with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Strong analytical skills to outline trends and build a data driven story
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts and to write correspondence, reports, minutes and summaries
  • Strong communication, both verbally and in writing along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain information in confidence and exercise good judgment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, handle multiple assignments effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, and in collaboration with others.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
