We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner in shaping how we use Workday to support our people and our business. You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of our HRIS data, while leading the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday business processes. You will collaborate closely with HR and Finance, providing security support and technical expertise to help both teams work more efficiently. Reporting to the HR Director, highlights of the position include:Supporting HRIS implementations by gathering requirements and assisting in the development of system specifications, design, and configuration from the end-user perspective. Leading Workday business process updates and improvements, including investigation, configuration, testing, and implementation. Developing, maintaining, and delivering reports on employee data such as compensation, payroll, benefits, performance management, and workforce skills to support HR and business needs. Administering HRIS security, including configuration for HR, Finance, and EPMO, and conducting quarterly security reviews for audit and compliance purposes. Recommending and implementing Workday solutions to streamline and improve HR business processes. Managing Workday releases, leading testing, documentation, and training, while engaging HR team members throughout the process. Maintaining and prioritizing the HRIS improvements list, providing regular progress updates to the HR team. Providing support and guidance to Workday users, ensuring accurate, timely resolution of system-related issues.

What You'll Need:A university degree or diploma in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of general HR experience (an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered). Experience with Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Talent (considered an asset). Extensive experience with Workday configuration and report writing (considered an asset). Practical knowledge of human resources policies, trends, and best practices, including the interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements.

High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to recommend and implement changes that enhance HR systems and processes.
