Senior Hardwood Flooring Specialist

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with advanced skills in hardwood installation, sanding, refinishing, and restoration. We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and can lead projects to completion with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Install, sand, stain, and refinish hardwood and parquet flooring Inspect, repair, and restore damaged flooring to professional standards Read and interpret plans or drawings to ensure accuracy Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized work areas and uphold safety standards Provide guidance to junior installers when needed

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience

in hardwood flooring installation and refinishing Strong knowledge of sanding, staining, and sealing techniques Experience with parquet installation or repair is a major asset Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
