As a Senior Hardware Electrical Engineer at Rockwell Automation, you'll take a leading role in shaping the next generation of power?conversion hardware that drives industrial automation across the globe. In this position, you'll design and develop advanced power electronics for AC/DC motor drives--spanning rectifiers, inverters, switch?mode power supplies, magnetics, and filtering--while bringing concepts to life through simulation, prototyping, and hands?on laboratory testing. You'll contribute to product?defining decisions, ensure adherence to global certification standards, and stay at the forefront of emerging power?electronics technologies, all within an agile, collaborative engineering environment.
You will work a hybrid schedule at our office in Cambridge and will report to the Manager of Hardware Development.
