Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Perform a variety of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools. Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client experience. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth salon operation. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing retail sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a salon environment Ability to upsell products and services effectively Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the beauty industry
