Guidewire Billing Center
. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, leading requirements gathering, solution design, and ensuring successful Guidewire implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements aligned with Guidewire capabilities.
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams during Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.
Lead workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and JAD meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Analyze and prioritize user stories, maintain the product backlog, and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Perform gap analysis and propose solutions leveraging Guidewire OOTB features, minimizing customizations where possible.
Assist QA teams with test case development, UAT execution, and defect triaging.
Provide subject matter expertise in Guidewire implementation best practices.
Mentor junior BAs and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Support change management, user training, and post-production support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
Hands-on experience with
Guidewire Billing Center
implementation and configuration.
Strong understanding of business processes in insurance (billing, policy, claims).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead workshops, JAD sessions, and mentoring of junior BAs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Arrangement:
4 days onsite in Toronto, Canada
(hybrid flexibility depending on company policy)
