The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for focusing on creating engaging and creative graphics that visually represent KOREs company brand through digital marketing.
Must be based in EST or CST US based time zones OR Ontario Canada.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and produce engaging digital content including video, web design, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
Develop and design print materials such as whitepapers, case studies and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
Build and Manage Digital Asset Management system for storing and sharing all digital assets with collaborators
Maintain brand consistency by following KOREs branding document and ensure all creative work reflects current brand standards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of high-quality designs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Art or related discipline.
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in Tech/Telecom B2B Companies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Experience working with campaign management tools like Click up, Asana
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, motion graphics, and layout.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
