Job Description

CGI is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Logistics and Procurement processes, focusing on functional integration design and data flow management rather than SAP configuration. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining integration requirements, data mappings, and interface specifications between SAP and other enterprise systems. Working in a modern environment leveraging Apigee, Talend, Snowflake, and microservices, you will collaborate with business, data, and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality, consistency, and traceability.



Responsibilities

Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather and document business and integration requirements. Develop detailed functional specifications, including data mapping, transformation logic, and data flow sequencing. Collaborate with integration teams using Apigee (API Management) and Talend (ETL/ELT) to guide development and validate end-to-end integrations. Partner with microservices and cloud data platform teams to define API-first and event-driven integration models. Ensure data alignment and synchronization between SAP, Snowflake, and related systems such as Salesforce. Oversee functional and integration testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot data flow issues, and drive root-cause resolution. Maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.



Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP Logistics and Procurement (MM/SD) processes. Strong understanding of SAP data models (Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Orders, Pricing, Inventory). Proven experience creating functional specifications and data mappings for integrations (non-configuration). Hands-on expertise with Apigee, Talend, Snowflake, and microservices-based architectures. Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills in complex integration environments. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with stakeholder leadership experience. Bilingual (French and English) required.
