Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack - Software Developer
Key Deliverables for Senior Full Stack - Software Developer:
Product Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements. Ensure compliance with AODA accessibility standards and IT security protocols (OAuth 2, SAML). Maintain accurate build books and technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
Product Delivery: Design and implement scalable solutions using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. Drive application releases through structured build and deployment processes. Support cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
Prioritization: Evaluate development tasks, security considerations, and accessibility needs to prioritize features and enhancements. Align deliverables with project timelines and Agile sprint goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to integrate systems and ensure seamless delivery. Communicate effectively across teams and contribute to workshops and planning sessions.
Must haves:
7+ years full-stack developer experience, working with the specific MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) technology stack.
4+ years developing and documenting build books for managing build and deployment of application releases
Technical documentation skills to ensure all technical documentation are sufficiently updated to ensure proper knowledge transfer
Experience designing and delivering solutions which incorporate Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment
Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols (OAuth 2, SAML)
