Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack - Software Developer
Key Deliverables for Senior Full Stack - Software Developer:
Product Requirements & Delivery: Design and implement full-stack Java solutions for soil management systems using Spring Boot (v2.5+), Angular 2+, HTML5, and RESTful APIs. Deliver scalable backend services integrated with ESRI ArcGIS Portal and Survey COTS, ensuring robust API connectivity and data exchange.
Prioritization & Technical Execution: Develop and configure applications using Azure SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases. Prioritize accessibility compliance (AODA), secure authentication, and performance optimization. Build and deploy releases via Azure DevOps Pipelines, ensuring quality through unit testing and Agile practices.
Collaboration & Agile Leadership: Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles. Collaborate using tools like JIRA, Git (Azure Repos), and Eclipse to manage code, track progress, and maintain transparency across teams.
Integration & Design Excellence: Deliver high-quality design solutions with strong integration capabilities using APIM and Azure Application Service Plans. Develop detailed programming specifications and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Desirable Contributions: Apply Python and ESRI GIS database knowledge to enhance geospatial capabilities. Communicate effectively across stakeholders, contributing to solution design and delivery in a dynamic Agile environment.
Must haves:
At least 1+ year experience developing and implementing java solutions targeting the soil management systems.
7+ years of full stack java development knowledge and experience designing and delivering solutions using:
Java/JEE technology with Sprint Boot version 2.5 or higher
Angular 2+
HTML 5
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
RESTful APIs
