Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with deep expertise in Oracle APEX and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications. This role involves full lifecycle development and close collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

Must-Haves:
Proven experience in Oracle APEX application development, including advanced features (interactive reports, charts, dynamic actions)
Strong understanding of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for API development and backend integration
Knowledge of web application security best practices
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Skilled in troubleshooting and supporting applications and infrastructure.
In this role, you will develop and support data-driven applications, translate technical specifications into tested code, and resolve issues across development and production environments. You'll play a key part in backend API design, application security, and performance tuning-contributing to mission-critical solutions across the Ontario Government's digital services.
